Hey Im Andrew I'm 15 from New York, New York and I feel that I should be a mod because I bring up good ideas that can help out the server and get more people to play.Many people tell me that im a great player. 
I play Runescape and have been mod only once for a friends server.But it was only for a day which stunk but I am really hoping you guys take the time out to read this and think about it.Thanks!
